Ross is the founder of Wholistic Wealth and the creator of the Wholistic Possibilities Matrix. After years of working with families and business owners, he saw the same frustrations repeating themselves—people felt like they were making financial decisions in isolation, never fully sure how one choice affected another. Outside the office, Ross enjoys life in Florida with his wife, Tobi, and their three adult children. When he’s not with family, you’ll often find him playing guitar and singing with his band, Sum Dude + Friends.
